BrightLeaf Homes Adds Two New Members to Kick Off 2019

BrightLeaf Homes believes in a better way to live, and building new ways to get there. In an ongoing effort to support this mantra, they are always on the lookout for new talent that will enhance their purpose, but most importantly, their client's experience, and their new home. That's where good people come in. And to kick off 2019, BrightLeaf has added two new seats to their team, and filled them with some forward thinking individuals. Welcome to the world of high-performance home building Brett and Brian.

Brett Rupp joins the team as Construction Project Supervisor. His main area of focus will be making sure the team in the field stays on schedule, and exceeds BrightLeaf's high-quality build expectations.

Brian Phillips joins the team as Construction Preparation Coordinator. He will mainly be focusing on ensuring materials, schedules, permits, and plans are ready for the construction team to execute in the field.

Here's a quick snapshot to get to know these guys a bit better.

Brett:
 1. I have ridden through 11 states on a motorcycle.
2. I won a Lego Village counting contest when I was 8.
3. I love mini wiener dogs.

Brian:
 1. I am an excellent guitar player.
2. I was a member of Sigma Pi Fraternity at NIU.
3. I have 2 kids- Avelyn and Jack.

BrightLeaf founder, Scott Sanders, says he is confident that these two are a great culture fit for BrightLeaf, and are what the team needs to continue building some of the best homes available in the Chicagoland area.
